Is this build suffice or needs more room for improvement?

I'm going to visit my aunt's place for a month or two in Texas next month and she promised me 700$ for leisure (or anything I wanna do with it). So I decided to build a PC good enough for Dota 2 and CrossFire (an fps game from neowiz games). And also I looked forward on playing modern game titles such as BF4, Metro Last Light etc. Storage is not an issue so SSD should be fine for me right now (I have 2 500 GB HDD staying in my room and a Kingston 500GB external drive).

The case is not a problem for I have a Full ATX case in my room but is planning to have a cozy yet powerful mini rig for travelling purposes.

I need help on correcting my picks for I am not an expert in building rigs. I have just researched and worked out my brain in choosing them.

Oh, and a big Hi to those who would read :)

You should get cooler master hyper 212 EVO if you wanna squeeze a lot of juice out of the pentium

I didn't include the case and cooler. And yes I'm planning to overclock g3258 at 4.4 ghz ~ 4.5 ghz
edit : I'm also a total noob at Overclocking, as they say. every move is an experience :D

Soo you need a 500$ budget pc or $600 budget pc?

Apparently, 700$ would be given to me so below 700$ would be my budget range.

I will add 212 evo on this build, still I'm confuse about the case that I should use, tho I have a full atx case in my storage room (POWERLOGiC, ever heard of it? no? okay).
