a 1GB video card would be insuffiecient to run the game on high or ultra but with med to high(adjusted) settings you would achieve a playable fps

Watch Dogs uses 1.2gb vram on 1080p on ultra settings (no aa)
so just high should run fine, medium settings for higher fps.

why dont.. your rig is good and it can run it. but i dont think it work at 1920x1080p. try medium or low settings then you will get 60fps

I can play it on medium to high settings just with gtx 650ti boost 2 gb and amd fx-6300 . No lag, no stuttering. You should be fine with it.
