im upgrading my CPU and buying this AMD CPU, AMD fx vishera 8320 black edition:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113285

and this is my motherboard that im using and going to put that CPU:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/NVIDIA/N68C-GS%20FX/index.asp?cat=

my question is, is it compatible ? with no problems and works very well ?
i know its both AM3+ but will the other feature will works very well?
i have this cpu and going to replace it:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103953
it has 65W TDP and the one im going to buy has a 125W TDP.
tell me guys if it has a problem , what should i do after putting my new CPU. and tell me if it do perfectly. thanks.

Solution
Fx-8320 is not supported by that motherboard. It only supports the 8320E which has a 95watt tdp, the board is not compatible with the non E 8320 (125w tdp)

Yes its compatible with the FX but only for those chips that have a TDP of 95w.
Check out the CPU list compatibility list for your motherboard here.

Buy a new motherboard. Sorry but it will be cheaper than buying a new motherboard and cpu when you break them both. You can lower the clock but its still a 125w tdp cpu
