Hi Sir,I am Bharath from India.Yes,A 500w PSU can handle a GTX 760 2 GB OC but I can recommend you change your Power supply to Corsair CX 500 PSU as It is a well Established PSU.Thank you

There's a good chance that PSU can't output the wattage stated. Like I said before, I wouldn't risk it.

If your running windows then you can see your CPU and RAM through windows.
Go to the start menu
Right Click Computer / My Computer (Depends on OS)
Click Propeties
Your CPU is what it says next to "processor".
Your RAM is what it says next to "Installed Memory (RAM)"

PSU questions are common here at Tom's. While CX Corsairs psu are not bad there are better. quality. Look for any Seasonic or XFX ( made by Seasonic), Antec, EVGA... around 550W. Where do you shop - we can find you a good psu.

Ok so.. with that i3 the op shouldn't even be touching, I really mean this.. not even close, to the peak wattage its rated for.. throwing a 760 on there should be ok.. even with it in there is at least room for the psu to not be up to par with its wattage rating..

He doesn't have a Corsair CX 500. If he did he would be fine, but he has a Fortune 500W PSU, probably a cheap Chinese brand which can maybe output half the wattage stated.
