VIdeo Card: Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX

Case: Corsair Carbide Air 540

Solution
Why 2x 512GB SSDs?
A single 240/256GB + 1TB HDD makes so much more sense.

Changes and why :

1. Better CPU cooler at a slightly better price.
2. Cheaper but just as good motherboard.
3. 1 SSD and 1 HDD.

eg
change the i30 to a CMhyper 212 evo
Get an ASRock Z97 Extreme 4 or Asus Z97-A mobo per http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/mainstream-gaming-z97-motherboard,3824.html - cheaper too
Get a Seasonic 12Mii 520 cheaper power supply - $67 at Newegg
Get GSkill Sniper ram so it fits under the cooler.

Just use 1 SSD and a HDD or SSHD
