Solution
Check the CPU (via task manager) and GPU usage (via MSI Afterburner). If system crashes at 100% usage on either, while gaming that is, then it should be a PSU issue.

But can i know why sometimes i play battlefield 4 in high setting my temp become 75c and crash/freeze?

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-2400 CPU @ 3.10GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz
Ram:8GB Kingston
Mobo:Asus P8H61-M Plus V3
PSU:Cooler Master GX 550W
GPU:Sapphire HD 7770 Vapor -X DDR5

Sorry .... Do you mean try using other PSU? if yes i only have this PSU ...

My Cpu Usage is 71% 3.17ghz , My Gpu Usage max 99%

No ... But i think this problem already solve by Enable user defined software automatic fan control and enable force fan update on each period ... I try it just now and no crash and freeze problem when playing Battlefield 4 on high setting ... Anyway thanks alot :D
