The specs for the two blu ray writers look to be the same. Visually they look different.
I think the Pioneer BDR-209EBK comes with software whilst the other does not.
From what i have read they can both handle XL discs and 3D playback. I could be wrong.
Any idea as to which is the better model to go for?
Is one model perhaps a European model an the other an outside EU model?
Otherwise it seems odd to have two models which appear to have the same specs and work exactly the same such as read and write speeds.
The price is very similar for both drives.
