As long as you get a single-slot cooler, where the card doesn't extend over the edge of the slot, and probably also uses a single-slot cooler. Then i would imagine it should work.
Just remember some single-slot cards do use a too big cooler.
Something like this kind of design should fit.

Pretty sure the cooler is mounted facing upwards in your case, so if you have enough headroom you might even be able to fit a dual slot cooler (still single-slot I/O plate)

1st off, the cooler on this is 2-slots tall, and the PCB goes a little bit over the edge of one slot.
So open your pc, then check if you have about 1 slot of extra space above the place you're mounting the gpu, you'll need that space to be able to fit the cooler.
you can also check if you have 1/2 cencimeter extra width from the slot to the side (which you pulled off to access the inside) of your case. But looking at this case from the back online, I think you'll have the width to fit it.
So your main concern should be the height of this cooler. Hope this was helpful to you

The GT640 is defently the fastest, it will even allow you to play games pretty decently if you're into that, for general non-game use you'll probably not notice any difference between the two.
Again you'll have to try to look inside your case and see if you have some space above the slot you put the gpu in, the cooler height is probably still the same on this GT640.
EDIT: picture 3 on the GT640 site pictures the height, it's about 1,5 slot high. Same picture on the GT630 is a little sloped but im sure it's the exact same cooler.
