Noctua redux fan direction

Just bought a NF-S12B redux as exhaust fan for rear, but somehow i cant feel any air blowing out. the side with noctua logo is facing out. am I doing it right?

The fan setup is right, check the BIOS setting for the fan, it maybe in lower speed mode, something like that. You can use a piece of tissue put it in front of fan. If it is moving then the fan works and also you know the air is blow away from the case or not.
