So i had some problem that i was trying to fix and my computer was running extremly slow, so i put in safe mode and than jsut kept re booting in safe mode and took me like 3 hours to get it to reboot in normal mode, but when i went to restart it to boot in normal mode its stuck on the windows 8 loading spinning circle, any help pleasse!
Was fixing my PC and now wont startup?
