I live in turkey and pc parts are significanly cheaper in the us. Can i just bring those parts in my luggage.

Ask your local customs office about import regulations. You might have to pay import duty, etc.
Remember though that you may have warranty/support issues if one of them develops a fault.
Turkey has some odd import rules, I've shipped computer stuff there before. Best to get correct
info before deciding what to do.
