After searching around online for RAM that looks good and has decent performance, i stumbled across the Hyperx Fury range that was released this year.

I am pretty sure this 2x4gb of 1600 ram would be compatible with my motherboard, however if someone could assure me that I am correct or either tell me I'm wrong?

I also have 2x4gb of 1600 ram installed already that I intend it to run with.

A big MAYBE, The Fury's don't run based on XMP as 99+% of all DRAM runs based on - it operates under PnP, it also uses looser timings than the norm for DDR3, it provides a list of chipsets that it will run under and sort of surprisingly the H77 isn't included

I prob wouldn't try, mixing sets of DRAM can be and often is problematic anyway, but trying to mix these with 'normal' type DRAM might be even worse - then again, could work like a Champ
