What is your budget? The above build has the older generation CPU and motherboard and not a great PSU. It's still an ok build but it could be better. Really depends on your budget as to what can be done.

If you want, you could replace the PSU with a 500W one, replace the CPU with an AMD Athlon x4 760k. Then replace the GPU with a Radeon R9 270x or 280

Old cpu, Bad Psu, single ram, and a cheap, motherboard.. (I have the Z97 version, It was not an enjoyable experience to build with it..
