I'm using Teamviewer to diagnose a buddies issue he's having with his Dell desktop.

I've already ran Adwcleaner, Combofix, changed the RAM (in person), and saw dwm.exe running at like 270k so I disabled that thinking it would help but still idling at 97%

Everything is very slow, and is almost making this Teamviewer session impossible.

Please advise, and thanks in advance.

Quick solution: You can use the FreeRAM XP pro for manually cleaning RAM out. It was made for XP but runs pretty well in 7

Now to a bit questions and stuff. Can you give the Total Physical memory of your computer and what version(X-86 or X-86_64) of OS your'e using?

FreeRam didn't do too much.

But I found the sucker causing this stress.

They suggest to update to the latest version or stop the process
