I have an Asus m5a97 mobo, built the desktop myself. It was working the night before, then all of a sudden today it won't boot. When I turn on the power, the mobo DRAM LED Blinks once, cpu fan starts, power starts, then everything turns off. No clue why, it was working perfectly last night.

I returned my mobo and bought a Gigabyte one, and got everything running, but it didn't last. I get a similar problem as the first.
This is what happened: I shut down the computer. Turn off the power supply power. Turn it on again, then attempt to start the computer back on. Power light comes on, cpu fan runs, but nothing shows up on the monitor and it doesn't boot.
What in the world is going on?
