Don't get the 780. Get a 970 instead. Cheaper, faster, efficient-er (err) and more memory (4GB).
You won't need a 750w either. Get a 650w PSU to save a few more bucks

Newegg is having a sale on the 780 for $389. Normal price for it, is 599.99.
Which manufacturer would you recommend for the GTX 970?

I'd keep the 750w PSU. With that system board you could always get a 2nd GPU later, which will require more power.

What is the current cost of your build?

I would also add a good CPU cooler. This depends on how tolerant you are to fan noise though. Do not use the stock CPU cooler.

Would have told you not to get the 530 as there are better performing drives out there for less. (such as an 840 EVO or M500 which are the most classic examples).

I would recommend a higher quality PSU as Corsair's CX lineup is pretty low quality compare to the rest of their lineups. I usually like to recommend a unit along the lines of Seasonic's G-Series lineup or any unit that is on tier(s) one or two on the PSU tier list.

The Maximus hero is kind of unnecessary in my opinion and you could be better off with a cheaper motherboard (preferably from Asus's PRO series or MSI's gaming series) and get a decent aftermarket cooler such as the the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (the budget oriented favorite) or the Cryorig R1 Universal (my personal favorite high end air cooler). Everything else checks off in my book as okay. Good time to buy a 780 as they are selling for crazy prices with sites trying to clear their stocks.

$389 for a 780... the 970 is cheaper and performs better.

MSI or Asus are my two choices. Avoid the EVGA. The cooler only covers 2/3 the gpu.

I was planning on spending some extra cash on a corsair H80, cause my case cannot support the Hyper 212 evo. Its too tall for my case.

Mavimus VII Hero board is overkill unless you plan to do near-limit OC on that CPU with custom loop liquid cooling. That's the only thing that stands out to me beyond what has been mentioned above.

Also, gotta agree on the 970. It's a great new GPU and the Gigabyte version is an OC beast as tested on JayZ 2 Cents. Check it out.
