Time Reset in Windows and BIOS

My time keeps resetting on my desktop when I am just doing a stress test. Everything seems fine on the stress test and everything is fine in the BIOS until I reset after it's changed in Windows, then it is also wrong in the BIOS, but they display different times. MY PC keeps resetting to 5:00 pm 12/31/1899, I don't understand what is going on. I just build this PC about a week ago and this has come up now. I don't think its the CMOS because wouldn't it be resetting every time I turn off the PC..this isn't the issue it's doing it in windows itself it seems. I am overclocked I could try going back to stock...but I don't think thats the issue.

lame..i really hope I don't have to go through with that..I finally found something on a Forum that said there is something in my Gigabyte APP center that I may just need to change hopefully that works..it's updating now. Supposedly auto sync is on automatically and causes some conflict.
