Can the HD 5450 output 120hz ?

Hey, the title says it all, the only real answer i've found to this question is from this forum but it's from 2010 so I want to know if anything has evolved during these last few years, here's the topic : http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/289441-33-hd5xxx-series-video-cards-support-120hz
As I said, it's the only clear answer i've seen after many researches, otherwise all i've seen were speculations "yeah it should work", but no confirmation. Btw, here's the specific card I have :

In games only old games for basic usage yes it can

It can via DVI, but its not fast enough to do it in any sort of game.

Thanks a lot, actually it's for a game but the game is Quake Live so that's not a problem since it's a very easy game to run.
