Thanks :D Will this be good for playing games at reasonably high settings with 50-60+ fps? And also possibly recording or streaming games aswell?

its worth spending a little more for getting a faster PC with i5 4570 and GTX 970 . But how will you find some of the parts , if pcpartpicker dont deliver them to Australia ? And at what price ? But , yes i like the rig .
