I'm in college, and at home I usually have a multi-monitor setup with 3 of my current monitors (acer S275HL) and its fine at home because I have a large desk and the can all sit on it. At college, desk that couldn't possibly fit more than one of these monitors on there. I want to have a second monitor possibly next to my current one but I don't know which would be best to work vertical (I'd prefer if it was widescreen) and what kind of monitor stand i could possible use to keep it there. If someone knows of a monitor stand for these types of acer monitors that i could use to have all three vertical, that would be really cool too but i don't believe that these have vesa mounts.

Any help is appreciated!

The datasheet for that monitor shows that they are NOT VESA compatible. I can understand why when the input ports are part of the base. I don't think there is much you can do with that. That display doesn't even rotate to allow you to have two vertical monitors side-by-side. I believe you will have to look into different monitor(s) if you want multi-monitor stacked display.

I see that they do not have VESA mounts so you probably would want another monitor. 16:10 is really the best aspect ratio for a portrait style monitor because you have extra width (1900x1200) for your content in portrait mode which makes it great for writing papers and browsing the web on.
