Hey guys, first off I'd like to thank you for checking this out. I'm fairly new to building gaming PC's and need advice on whether this build is compatible. Thanks!

Case: Corsair Obsidian 750D
Processor:i5-4690K 3.5GHz
GPU:Nvidia GTX 970 EVGA 4GB Edition
RAM:2x G.Skill 8GB 1866GHz DDR3
Motherboard:ASRock Fatal1ity H87 Performance
PSU:Corsair CS750M
HDD: Toshiba DT01ACA300 3TB
SSD: Corsair CSSD-F128GBGS-BK 128GB

Thanks again! Sorry if I put down too much info.

It's all compatible, but I would get a Z97 motherboard if you want to overclock, and a different power supply. Any unit from XFX, SeaSonic, or on Tier 1 or 2 of this list is good. Also check out the Corsaid 450D- it's just like the 750 but a bit smaller (mid tower instead of full tower) and cheaper.

Yes that build should be perfectly compatible. Motherboard has a LGA 1150 Socket and your CPU is a LGA 1150 one. All the other components are compatible with the motherboard aswell. Great build you got there!

you a h97 mb and non k cpu if your not going to over clock. if you want to over clock or use two video cards use the asus-a mb. the cs line is the lowest line from cosair..swap it out for a better evga 750 rev 2 ps.

Yes its fully compatible but if you are not planing upgrading your build you could lower the PSU to 500w to save money or add a aftermarket heatsink or something els.
