i have a amd phenom x4 965 with
8 Gb ddr 2 Ram( 4 slots)
2 sata drive
and one dvd drive
asus geforce GT 550Ti
and one extra fan for cooling

is this psu is okay for all this??

Here is Guru3D's power supply recommendation on the GeForce 400 series:

GeForce GTX 550 Ti - On your average system the card requires you to have a 400~450 Watt power supply unit.
