Have you had a bluetooth device before? Desktops usually don't and even some laptops don't have bluetooth.

This does say that bluetooth was optional. It is quite possible that machine NEVER had bluetooth. I believe you can use the service tag number on the bottom to find out the configuration that laptop was originally built with. But if you bought it used or refurb, I don't know if the service tag thing will work.

If you don't have built in bluetooth this USB adapter would be your solution.

Here is the DELL instructions for finding your service tag.

If there are no unidentified devices in device manager and nothing in the network devices, then I would believe you don't have bluetooth built in.

It looks like, if you search "dell e6410 bluetooth module location" you can find pictures if you want to go at it with a screwdriver. There also seem to be lots of people selling the bluetooth module that you could install.

Here is a Youtube disassembly video.
