Hey Guys, i am going to build a pc for myself and have budget of about $ 6k. This build will be mainly used for maya, after effects & nuke. I do play lots of games and would like to play them on ultra settings on this pc.

So, after searching for while i have managed to pick these parts

x99 and newer haswell-e cpu has 40 lanes of pci express. with the other mb the gpu will run at 8x and 8x. also look at m2 or sata express ssd there faster then the sata 6g drives. ddr-4 mb is quad memory channels the other mb has only two.
