Here is my new setup for my HTPC. see below specifications. The only concern about this build is the Bios update prior to using Haswell refresh CPU. let me know what should I upgrade. Budget is max 400.00$

Stay away from those Kingston drives - the only good thing about them is the price. The Pentium G3258 is definitely an excellent choice for an HTPC, I just bought one for that purpose.

It's a bit more but this will support full size graphics cards and power supplies should you choose to upgrade later on, plus you can add a good SSD in later like a Samsung 840 Evo or 850 Pro and it will be pretty sweet.
