Hi I've been on here a bit now getting advise from different peeps on my upgrade of PC. I've basicly now brought a new PC and I'm still having the exact same issue. My R9 280x wind force goes black screen and no response when its done the driver install.
I now have a

Gigabyte Z87-hd3
8gb 1333 ram
280x r9
Article blue+ ad-e750ae-a5/a6 PSU
64bit windows 8.1
I've tried version 14.4, 14.7rc and whatever version came on the driver disc.
Each time I've wiped the PC and reinstalled windows due to the boot up being so fast I can't seem to catch the f8 button anymore.
Any help would be great!
