Which Monitor Should I Buy

Hi, I am between two monitors and I am unsure which to get. I am between the BenQ GL2460HM £119.99 @Ebuyer and the AOC G2460FQ £179.99 @Overclockers. I know that the main difference between these monitors is that one is a 60Hz and the other is a 144Hz there is also a 1ms responce time difference but i would like to know if it is worth the extra £60 for the difference or should i just spend it on a ssd for my pc.

Depends, if you play a lot of FPS titles, AND you have a pretty powerful GPU then you should get the 144hz.

If you're not the big FPS gamer or your gpu is pretty slow, then you shouldn't waste your money on a 144hz display if you only get etc. 40-60fps and not the 144fps you'll need to get the full experience from the faster displays. An SSD is a good upgrade too!

If you need help to decide whether your gpu is good enough then post which gpu you have and what games you play.

My gpus will be a sli gtx 570 and I will be mostly be playing fps games on it like cs go and cod I probably wont be playing many new big titles except gta v

Defently the 144hz, it's exactly cod and csgo where you'll have the most use of it, and you can get those games to run at 100fps or more.
