Overclocking: Maybe in the future

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe in the future

Additional Comments: Really i would just like the best gaming/entertainment performance i can get for the price. I intend to add more ram later when i get more money and possibly crossfire/SLI.

I've limited the merchants to three I've used in the past and had no issues with and Scan is not the cheapest for any of these parts and charges for shipping whereas these all have free shipping as an option. The gpu comes very close in performance to an r9 280x whilst consuming less power than the 280 and the cpu is far more capable than the fx8xxx and the motherboard comes with far more up to date features than the AMD fx boards.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£63.12 @ CCL Computers)
Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport XT...

Something like this? If I went for overlocking CPU that would be more and so would the motherboard which would cut into the GPU budget. If you want to sli I might suggest stretching the budget for a 850 watt psu instead just to be safe.
