Hello,

So I am trying to get an ssd and 2 hard drives and I got the hard drives but I am new to ssd's and have no clue what is good (I'm i will probably love whatever I get but I want to start good so these are the ones I am looking at. I am leaning towards the Samsung 840 but tell me what you think or suggestions (I live in Canada so keep that in mind)

(P.S) I have the toms hardware thing on chrome so I respond as fast as I get them.

Its definatly worth it, I have a 120gb 840 Evo and its super fast, 23-24 boot time with stuff installed and fast load times for games. It is definatly worth the money, If your budget is stretched get the 120gb which is still fast.

I would get a samsung or Intel one and make it at least 256GB.

The 150 TB warranty isn't worth a damn because judging by the number of writes on my boot drive having had it 2 years, I will reach the 150 write mark in approximately 50 years time by which time computers will be sentient and will have enslaved us all.

If you want a mechanical drive or two stick with western digital caviars, a good solid product.

Make sure the samsung kit you buy has the bracket and screws in it an thst your motherboard box set has some spare Sata leads handy.

Why at least 256 im only putting os and Like Counter Strike GO on it so that doesn't seem necessary and I'm getting 2 Seagate drives becuase they are in stock and cheaper shipping.

That is a good thing if its unlikely to reach 150tbw. You will get the full 10yr warranty, I don't think that can be beaten
