can i add a wireless router to a wireless router to have more signal distance?

Solution
Yes, attach them LAN port to LAN port from the main router to the second with an Ethernet cable. The second needs to be configured as a wireless access point (AP) -- so in the second router turn off DHCP, give it a static address that is in the network range but outside the main router DHCP assignment range, use a different radio channel (selecting from 1, 6, and 11), the same security and passphrase, and you can either give it the same SSID or different if you want to control which you connect to.
