Solution john TJ Sep 27, 2014 the hd 4000 on board graphics has 1720 mb of vram at 800 mhz try doing a driver update for that here is the link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/SearchResult.aspx?lang=&ProductID=3712&ProdId=3712 my toshiba satalite has same hd 4000 graphics and it is working fine
