Hi guys,

So I was wondering whether or not this build would be a strong one or not. My budget is 2000$ including all peripherals. I don't plan on overclocking.

The build is solid, but:
1, If you don't OC, then an H97 board would be the best
2, you don't need a CPU cooler if you don't OC
3, SSDs with lower $/GB can be found

having a CPU cooler is legitimate if you want it to run cooler and quieter, even at stock speeds.

What kind of performance are you expecting out of this build?

if you are not going to use it for gaming expend more on cpu i.e 8 core AMD processors.Good for photoshop and video editing at ultra level. But your rig sounds like its for gaming its great but i highly recommend using 27 inch LG IPS screen.Believe me it will almost double the gaming experience.Dont overstreach from 27 though.I f not used for gaming 23 screen size is good.

Build is solid but for video card i would get the gigabyte 980,for cpu cooler i would get noctua NH-D14 know its less RPM but quality is way better other than that its good here is build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xc4zpg

And i see why you chose that SSD great quality

@entomber im just an everyday gamer. I mainly play csgo, wow, and league. I know these three games don't require too much power to run at max settings but i'd like to be able to play all the newer games at max too or at least high.

Because MSI has HORRIBLE customer service and QC (quality control). I would personally prefer Asus.

If you want to keep your temps super low (which you don't even need to), you can get a cooler. Or else, stock is fine.

If you have 600$ for a GPU, why not?
