need pc build budget is 800 usd
want to do gaming and homework that is all.
dont mind going a little bit over
i won't be overclocking as it is my first build

No such thing as "Mini-ATX". Either Micro-ATX (3-4 expansion slots) or Mini-ITX (0-2 expansion slots). Please clarify.
