For me I've owned Skyrim for almost a year now and It worked perfectly till I tried modding. When I started with steam workshop everything was fine, except when I was told about Nexus mod manager. I mean, It has great mods to download and really easy to install. But I tried to download the Skyrim Online mod (Basically a multiplayer skyrim) which when I first tried it , didn't work. So I read up on it and I needed SKSE, which I downloaded. After downloading that I tried to launch skyrim off of it, it just crashed. So I deleted it and any files associated with SKSE and skyrim online.

Now whenever I launch skyrim it just skips the launching message and goes straight to the start menu. Which then it also says that it stops running.

I know this is pretty long, but It's good to be descriptive to be able to get a better solution.

So if you can help me I will be greatly thankful cause I love this game so much!

Quick notes, I deleted every mod, uninstalled and reinstalled skyrim like 5 times now, and deactivated all of my nexus mods.

For more questions ask me on steam I'm Texas Ranger Muffin.

I've already done this, also I just ran skyrim from a separate computer but same account and it works, so its something with local files.

The mod load order might have been wrong, I would uninstall and reinstall to clear it up for sure.

go to my documents skyrim folder and delete skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini.Use the default launcher or skse.It wont crash, cheers. If you are using mod you need to run BOSS or LOOT to set load order right and see if there is any error in your modding.

Ok just a question, where are these files to be located, cause skyrimprefs is in Skyrim (name of file).
Also, is it skyrimprefs.ini or just skyrimprefs?

Also, what im doing/did now is I'm deleting all of the folders in it, cause I got no saves, and I'm replacing with brand new ones. Via verifying intregity of game cache or whatever dat means.

The thing is 90% people new to modding make this mistake its called CTD.Once you have resetted skyrim to launch without ctd and mods i recommend you head here
http://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.9
Its fully instructioned modding preset to get much more better stable experience. If you are not an expert in modding without this the chances are most of the time you will end with CTD ,lags, jaggies and error.
