This is $614 without rebates and if the extra cost is too much I'd suggest either dropping to an r9 270x or getting an EVGA 500B PSU (though they aren't as well made as the XFX and don't offer as much headroom for overclocking)

The processor, PSU and GPU are much better for gaming than the above build. You can always add an Ssd later but they don't really make much difference to gaming performance, just boot times and program loading times really.
