Water cooling 2 780ti's

Hai, i was going to build a new computer in the Corsair 750D case and i was wondering if you would need to water cool 2 780ti and how much power would i need to do this

With that case , I doubt you would need extra cooling for the cards , it has great Airflow.

I good heatsink and a few great fans should do it.

As blackbird said, you probably won't need it as the only real practical reason to go water is lack of airflow. (And looks xD)

But here's a quick sketch of the costs:
Pump (D5) 90$
Reservoir (for D5) 50$
Fullcover GPU blocks 2x 100$ -> 200$
(There are cheaper GPU only blocks too)
Radiators 150$ (And more)
CPU block ~50$

And some more dollars for tubing and fittings... Will probably sum up to ±600$
Power wise, a PSU that can handle those cards will have no problems with the pump.

Given that the pump is only going to be pulling around 25 watts from the PSU, so that shouldn't be of any concern unless you were already borderline pushing your PSU over red-line.
