I've tried to troubleshoot this issue as much as I could, but to no avail obviously. When I run speedtests, mainly using Ooka, my upload is very unstable. It fluctuates sometimes rapidly between 1 and 6mbps. When I use the shaper probe from MLabs, it says my service is giving me what I paid for, but can't detect the upstream because of too many lost packets.
I've updated my realtek drivers, and when that didn't work, I took out a gfx card and installed a network card in to see if it was my adapter and they both have the same results. I called my ISP's tech support and they said everything was fine, except that a ping failed but worked after the 2nd attempt. I also got another modem but that's not the issue either.
My computer has had a few running issues aswell which may or may not be related to my networking problem. When I look at resource monitor, my system interrupted processes sometimes goes from 1 to 3.5+ sometimes on the CPU tab. My clock moves backwards 3 hours aswell every few days.
Could this be a problem with my motherboard? Everything runs fine otherwise, even my download is perfectly fine. This issue suddenly happened less than a week ago. At that time there was a virus program that anti-malware removed called Search-Protect. Could that be the issue aswell?
