Some time ago I did a post asking about the PSU to use with that card, now i hace the psu, i installed everything. plug the 2 pcie connector to the video card. I turn on the pc, I have video, but the fan start to speed up then the video turn off and the video card have a red light.

If I shut down the pc and turn on again the same problema. I was thinking about the fan not working properly, so I put my hand near the fan, and in a stupid momento I touch it and broked 2 blades!!

So, now I have two problems, the video card shutdown after some seconds (sometimes more time but always shutdown with red light)
And the other probklem is the fan, its working without 2 blades (can i adapt a normal one?)

I'm thinking about overheating but I never had this kind of problem

you broke the fan. You have to brake it more to be even and both(or 1) of them and they have to be at 100% all the time to not overheat your gpu and you might want to put your GPU in a BAG THEN INTO A FREEZER FOR 10 MINUTE THEN TAKE IT OUT TO DRY FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTE THEN SEE IF RED SCREEN stopped
