Hello! I am running a 4790K in a blue edition h440 and I was wondering what the best water cooling solution would be? Max budget is about $150-$200. Black would be fine for the color, thanks!

Hello there!

The CoolerMaster Nepton 280L would probably be a good choice here, your case supports the dual 140mm in the top and a 280mm radiator is going to keep your cpu cool, it's about ~$110, here's the pricing:

EDIT: you'll even still have money to buy some better fans for it if you feel like it! Though i think the stock ones should be fine when in "quiet" or "low" mode. ;)
