Upgrading Case Fans! Need advice!

I have the Arc Midi R2 case and am looking to upgrade from the stock fans and add an additional five, for eight total case fans.

I've decided on the NF-A14 PWM model. Although if there's something that cools better and is at least as quiet, I'd like to hear about it.

Also, is push/pull recommended here? I'm very new at building, so details would be very much appreciated!

Lastly, what is a recommended/high-quality fan controller for these fans?

Yes, the ones that came with the case are noisy.

I'm also somewhat obsessive about cooling. The room with the computer is pretty small, and it gets pretty hot in here.

I figure more fans = lower temps, right?

I also figure more fans at lower RPMs would help, too.
