The other day i was attempting to overclock my evga 750ti gpu. I did this gradually and ran evga oc scanner x each time. Eventually, i got to a point where i got a windows error message, however, it said the card had recovered sucessfully. It also sent me to an evga faq page and said the message ususally appears when the card receives a greater workload than it can handle. So my question is, did i potentially damage my gpu? Ive been running Wow around 50-120 fps depending on the area, but the game feels choppier than ususal(I could just be imagining this since im worried i damaged the card). Also the card hasnt been getting any hotter than 52 degrees celcius when playing games.

None that I know of right off the top-of-my-head, but the fact that you are able to play games, stream video, etc. tells me there is nothing wrong with the card.
What game at 200fps?
And yes, it could easily be the internet or even your ISP if you are playing on-line.
Card benchmark: Go to FutureMark (www.futuremark.com) and download and run 3DMark. If it will run then there is nothing wrong with your card.
Internet speed: This is for the U.S. and will telll you a lot about your internet connection.

And you didn't tell us anything about your PC components; they can have an affect on frame rate also.
Back of the overclock or go back to the stock specifications and see if the "choppyness" disappears. You probably did Not hurt your card; the message you received simply told you, in its own way, that your card wasn't going to perform any faster and shut it down to protect it; it then recovered and ran.
I would also reinstall the current drivers, just as a precaution in case they were tweaked negatively by the shut down.
Let us know.

I've tried all of this and the game still feels somewhat choppy. I think it may be my internet as if i am in a zone alone without much going on i can hit close to 200 fps...is there any program or test that can confirm there is no gpu damage?

I am just now seeing this as i have been without internet due to moving...would using Heaven benchmark 4.0 work instead of 3dmark as it is free? Also im not worried about my framerates as they are high, just the choppiness.
Thanks
