Hey everyone.
i just built a mini ITX system for myself but when installing the water cooler (H105) into the 380T, it wouldn't fit. It is too thick and hits the motherboard. i tried mounting the fans on the outside of the brackets but then i can't close the side panel. What should i do?. Does the H100i fit? Has anyone else faced this issue? Thanks

Solution
What specific motherboard are you using? Because if you look at the size of the H100i with fans installed, you may still hit the motherboard. Even though the motherboard is an mini ITX, it may be on the larger side of mini ITX and have issues with your liquid cooling. The H100i may actually fit...after looking at the video and doing some research into the actual mm spacing possible in the area...because according to Newegg:

H105 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181060

Radiator 38mm thick
Fans 25mm thick
Total is 63mm

H100i http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181032

Radiator 27mm thick
Fans 25mm thick
Total 52mm thick

So as I said in the first post...you will need to check the spacing...

So as I said in the first post...you will need to check the spacing you have available by using a ruler or measure tape. Also, you could possibly find thinner fans for the radiator that you already have if you think that you can find some that will work fine.
