If you can't go over budget :)  Otherwise I would recommend picking up an I3 for an extra $30 if you can.

CPU: Intel Core i3-4150 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($98.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card ($119.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $218.98

Either upgrade will benefit you :)  A 750 TI is 5-10% faster than the R7 260x and has nearly half the power consumption and runs slightly cooler and quieter too. If you can spare $30 and want to upgrade your GPU then I would recommend the 750 TI. An I3 has hyperthreading and is slightly stronger compared to the Pentium which doesn't, which sorts of benefits it in newer games. But at 780P you should be able to run games like Crysis 3 at high-ultra with respectable framerates.
