Around two months ago i built my gaming computer, everything has been running just fine until the middle of this week when i realized my computer was booting up abnormally slow. My Computer used to boot up in 5-12 seconds and now it takes around 30 seconds to a minute. Even opening things on my desktop are getting slower and slower. I also noticed my Hard drive is getting high usage for nothing (my Hard Drive is not fragmented). i thought maybe my start up programs were to blame so i disabled them but to my disappointment it made no difference. I am freaking out and i don't even know what to do please help!

Can you post your build details. It may be the ram or the space as you said.

here's some potential fixes:
1. download malwarebytes to check if you have viruses
2. ccleaner to clean up some junk
3. google driver booster,a program that automatically updates all your drivers depends on your system.
Note: these programs are all free.
