Hi everyone I have a problem with my new pc.

Motherboard: ECS A970M-A DELUXE
Processor: AMD FX 8350
ram: 2x4 Kingstone Hyper x blu 1600 mhz CL9
Cooler: Stock

when i turn on the computer. in Bios the cpu start in 45 degrees and then begins to increase to 65 degrees.

otherwise my cooler (the stock cooler) start in 3700 rpm and then up to 6000 RPM. all this in Bios.

sorry for the Bad english. it's not my native language

i did a test with a amd athlon x2 240 with the x2 240 stock cooler and then it showed the same results.

I have not inserted the HDD with windows yet because it was the first time that i turn on the PC since i built

Could be a problem with the motherboard?

thank you

Your cooler is most certainly not seated correctly
