I have a hp envy 15 running windows 8.1 64 bit. I unplugged my computer from the tv while watching stuff and the computer was on and now the screen is black but the fan is blowing and can mute the volume. I have tried all the windows+p tricks and nothing works please help!

Sounds like you made the TV the primary screen. Connect it to the TV again and check the settings

So if you connect the TV again both the TV and your screen are black? Obviously not because you're here. If you're on the same computer

Is it connected to onboard or a separate videocard? If its on a separate videocard remove it

Its onboard but the bottom of my computer is weird and everything is screwed behind a metal plate so it is not accessible

Hi, remove the battery, plug the adapter, and try booting in the BIOS.
