OK I know there are plenty of ways to use my android tablet as a monitor. But, I am currently in the planning stages of making a mini-ITX build and need an innovative monitor to fit my use for the system. I have a few options and one is to just use the Galaxy 10.1 I already have. Now, this is certainly something I could test out if I had the rig, but since I am in planning I need to figure this out before I keep moving with my plans. Can I use the tablet as the one main monitor, and it will be recognized upon PC startup. I of course can plugin a different monitor when setting this up, but there after I would want only the tablet to be used. Thanks in advanced for any help.

Why not just buy a cheap laptop screen and controller board? You could then integrate it directly into the chassis somehow.
