Window's Activation issues + Kernel Data Inpage Error

Summary: Windows won't activate. Windows updates keep reverting back. I get Kernel Data Inpage Error's. May be a hardware issue, unsure at the moment.

I've had this Asus laptop for about 18 months roughly. It worked great for a while but has given me some issues the last few months. I believe the methods I've used to remedy these issues has only worked temporarily and it is now being very hard to fix.

So first off I was trying to play some video games (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive) and while playing this my laptop crashed and gave me a Kernel data inpage error. It then rebooted and tried doing some automatic repairs. Once the repairs were done I went into my laptop and downloaded AVG and ran some scans. It fixed 3 errors (I can't recall what they were), and gave me one instance of a failed digital signature by Nvidia.

This also happened months prior, but I "fixed" it temporarily and it had worked fine for at least 2-3 months. But after I did my fix, Window's wouldn't activate and I had the Windows 8, Build 9200 watermark on the bottom right hand the whole time.

I spent time doing a chkdsk /f /r /x and after going through it, I tried seeing how my computer would handle gaming and media. It crashed yet again.

So I reset my computer to factory settings with the mind set that I would fix the problem before downloading any unnecessary programs/files.

I reformatted and downloaded AVG to scan for any problems. The scan reached ~85% and the laptop crashed on me. So I've been searching solutions to my problems for the past couple of days, and this is my first post in an attempt to solve this. After I reformatted and AVG crashed, I thought maybe the Window's activation was the issue and that I needed to update my windows. After spending a couple hours downloading ~90-100 updates... about 95% of those files failed and reverted back.

And now the last thing I've done is ran a sfc /scannow scan, which completed and gave me a message of "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the ...."

I looked into the log and it's huge so I will not C+P that here.
Any help would be appreciated. I'll provide any information needed. This is my last ditch effort before I send it to some technician. It may very well be a hardware issue, but I'm hoping it isn't.
Thanks ahead of time for your help!

Find the dmp files / zip them / upload them to somewhere like onedrive. Post the link

Uhh sorry, my computer savvy isn't up to par. Any quick way of getting it? I'm gonna search online to see if I can find what you need.

I believe that is the dmp file.

Not sure why the link is cutting in half, I'm copy and pasting it directly.

You can actually just use the old url I posted for my onedrive public folder.

Hmm AVG maybe causing this. It does do strange things. I fixed a computer about 2 weeks ago, where somehow it killed the audio on someones computer. I couldnt turn the audio service on. Then after this was removed it was fixed

I would uninstall AVG then use its removal tool. See if this fixes the prob

I'll try this, but I've had issues with Windows activation and the kernel data inpage error/crashes way before I had AVG.

It maybe this file by ASUS causing it too

atkwmiacpi64.sys. Something to do with ATK WMIACPI Utility and ASMMAP64.sys, (this file is from 2009)

Here's a similar crash here with these 2 files.
With the same stop error

It says to update them but from where I have no idea. Maybe the ASUS site or windowsupdate?

I would also uninstall Aicharger this is a known cause of crashes

Alright thanks I'll try these out and update the thread once I've tested it out.
