Basically

ive got the enermax t40 black twister
and on the insturctions it says "intel lga 2011: install part e instead of part D

part e is the longish screws to hold on the backplate
and part d looks the same but is a bit bigger.

i have a gigabyte gaming 5, so im lost to what lga 2011 is? if mines lga 1150?

LGA is the type of socket. 1150 is for the current i5s, such as the 4690k. 2011 was the older, more high end i7s and xeons.
Since you have an 1150 socket then you can ignore anything about other sockets.

It says use part E for 2011, so use part D for the rest.

Yeah it does, okay then I'll install part D, as this video I watched he uses what looks like part D than E, as it has a longer body and two shorter ends.
