Here is the link: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/vWFjvK As the title states.. Basically a gaming/work-station build.. is the PSU enough for something like this? Also since the new Swiftech H220X is pretty bulky, will it have some clearance issues with the RAM?

PSU is enough
and you should get 16 gigs of ram
8 gigs would bottleneck GTX 980 X 2 when your pc will be a workstation , for gaming 8 gigs is fine

for rendering 3d models another 266 MHz wouldn't matter
so yeah go for the dual channel
yo can go for the 1600 MHz clock
